For those of us who are blessed with the ability to move, we should incorporate realistic, comprehensive fitness practices daily in order to have a quality of life that honors that blessing. I attempt to provide positive feedback, big energy and practical instruction so that my clients are empowered to achieve short and long-term exercise goals, and have fun in the process.”
Grenita’s personal workouts include weight training, dance (West African, Caribbean, Jazz and Lyrical) and yoga.
