Cathi Williams

I have a passion for exercise, nutrition, and meeting new people. I have enjoyed teaching classes for the last 10 years in many different clubs and for many different ages. I am a mom of 2 boys and am active running and playing with them. For fun my husband and I love to travel, try new foods, hike, scuba dive, and many other activities.
