David Cohen has been involved in Martial Arts and fitness for over 35 years.
David has been seeking out different ways to effectively communicate the importance of health and fitness, while at the same time utilizing natural modalities. Including Pilates, Yoga, Tai chi, energy healing, and corrective exercise for most chronic pains. David also gives frequent public lectures at his local library so he can pass on the latest health and fitness findings.
David became a personal trainer in 2005 and has had hundreds of clients. many of whom have been with David for 5 and 6 years.
His busy schedule and repeat clients speak for Davids ability to get results. No matter his clients fitness goals are.
