Growing up in a small town in New Hampshire the mountains and lake were my playground. I've been skiing, swimming, and playing sports from the first time I could walk. This is where my lifelong passion for health and fitness began.

After college I switched from volleyball and softball and picked up the weights. Even though I'd played sports and been active my whole life, weight training was a completely different experience. I saw my body and performance change in a way I'd never seen before. A friend convinced me to try a fitness competition (which I had never even heard of) and I though "why not!?" My first show was a blast! I placed horribly, but I was hooked! Bling, bikinis, and glam- count me IN!
I continued competing in Bikini competitions and began to pursue Fitness modeling as well. I wanted to become a part of everything this Industry had to offer.

My eagerness to learn more about the science behind fitness led me to pursue certifications in Personal Training, Group Exercise and Nutrition. Now that I had experienced how positive and empowering taking a healthy reign on my life was for me, I wanted to shout it from the rooftop! I wanted others to find the fun in fitness and reap the same amazing benefits.

This drive has led to work with 2 very influential companies in health and fitness: Dymatize Nutrition and Reebok. I am incredibly grateful to represent companies who's missions I stand behind and believe in whole heartedly. Through my work with these companies I've been able to connect with people all over the world (my other passion- traveling and experiencing other cultures). There truly is nothing better than the gift of your health.

In addition to fitness I have also been a licensed cosmetologist for 7 years now. when I'm not on stage competing you can find me working behind the scenes providing hair and makeup services for the competitors with liquid sun Rayz beauty team.

I strive to live a very balanced and healthy life: oddly enough this crazy lifestyle provides me with just that! I get to pursue my dreams while also helping others achieve the same.  Having the opportunity to travel all over the world spreading the joy of fitness would be a dream come true.
