If you were to ask my clients, friends or family to describe me in one word, it would undoubtedly be “ENERGY”. My group fitness classes are challenging yet fun and full of sweat and smiles. I am a certified cycling instructor, Lagree Fitness Pilates instructor and NASM personal trainer. As a personal trainer, I specialize in body sculpting, muscular rehabilitation and injury prevention.
My motto is ”Lets define your curves!” You have the ability to show off your arms by the curve of your tricep, define your legs by the curve of your calf, and look sexy from behind by the curve of your butt. Fitness should be fun and you should feel great from the inside and out every time you finish a workout. The great new is, nutrition is just the same! With the right amount of nutrients in your meals, you will never have to count a calorie or diet again! You will feel full, balanced, satisfied, and energetic each and every day of your life.
