As a 20 year high school and middle school teacher, I've been in front of people as an instructor most of my life. I love helping people and have always enjoyed fitness, so it made since 4 years ago to combine the two and to become certified to teach group fitness. Currently, I enjoy teaching a variety of classes, from muscle classes like Body Pump and Muscle Up to Boot Camp style classes like Surf Fitness, and I also love teaching various styles of yoga. I teach at two facilities in my small town and substitute teach fitness classes at others. People always tell me how much they like my classes and my teaching style. I'm helpful and friendly and do my best to make classes fun.
