I have a thriving passion for fitness and overall health and wellness.  I truly believe a full body/mind/spirit approach is necessary in order to reach one's genetic potential.  Life is more than just fitness, solely nutrition, or just certain spiritual approaches.  I feel a strong and balanced approach to all aspects of life is vital to life-long longevity.  I train with functional, natural movement patterns that are designed to get the individual in the best, balanced approach I have found, and am still learnng, possible.  I work with kettlebells, free weights, balance training, re-training imbalanced movement patterns, neural activation, and overall strength and conditioning using a plethora of the most cutting edge methods and approaches. 

 

I an avid athlete and race triathlons, ultra distance races, trail races, mountain biking, mud races, and am fluent and active in olympic lifting, powerlifting, and kettlebell training as well. I have a very broad background and am constantly learning and engaging myself in health, wellness, nutrition, spirituality, and fitness.
