Jennifer Mullis

Jennifer believes in balancing the body and mind through exercise, positive mental health, and eating well. With a Masters in Clinical Psychology she understands the importance of having a healthy body and mind. 

Jennifer studied the Pilates Method with Pilates Core Integration, Inc. in Tempe, AZ and is certified to teach both mat and apparatus classes. Jennifer also completed her 200 hour registered yoga teacher (RYT) through Etowah Valley Yoga in Cartersville, GA. She is currently working on completing her 500 hour RYT at Etowah Valley Yoga. She has experience working with all poplulations from athletes to those recovering from surgery and injury.
