Adyana de la Torre has been an ISSA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer for 10 years and holds certifications in Pre-Natal and Post-Partum Training, BeamFit and Power Plate. She is also trained in hip hop/jazz dance, myofascial release, training for seniors, Bosu and Medicine Ball training. She herself maintains a balanced routine of strength, balance and stability training, as well as, dance, yoga, cycling and healthy nutrition.
She can be seen in more than a dozen fitness videos and infomercials including, BeachBody’s Brazil Butt Lift, Extreme Urban Rebounding, Cardio Karate, Blood Type Workout, Crunch Live, 28 Day Total Body Transformations, Tony C’s Pure Power, and more. She has a strong desire to instill in others a love of exercise/movement and a healthy lifestyle in all areas - physically, emotionally and spiritually.
She currently serves as Group Fitness Instructor for West End Health & Fitness and teaches at multiple clubs and leads movement seminars.
