I feel in love with yoga 6 years ago and have been practicing ever since.  I am currently offering free classes for the city of Milton Georgia to help new students feel comfortable in starting something new to them and out of their person comfort levels.  My passion is in encouraging people to try yoga and experience the ability to improve their quality of life all within themselves.
