Kharen (Anoa) Monsho

Anoa has practiced yoga since she was 12. She has also taught various fitness modalities (including salsa aerobics, water aerobics, Afrobics, toning, Pilates, dance and Tai-Chi) as well. Anoa's classes are heavily influenced by both Iyengar and Bikram (with a strong emphasis on basic alignment and safety) as well as Shiva Rea's vinyasa flow style. The result is a slow, honey flow practice that blends mindfulness, alignment and an awareness of the intrinsic joy of movement.
