Enrique Estrada

I started my spiritual quest since I was a teenager, more than 20 years ago. I knew the transpersonal path through different groups : theosophy, Buddhism, toltequidad, gnosis, yoga, etc. There I was introduced to meditation and oriental philosophy. I also did academic studies on computation engineering, art history and music. I was very excited about the connection between art, science and spirituality. For my masters thesis on art history I explored the philosophical ideas of Pythagoras, Plato, Orfeo, Masonry, Xenakis, etc about the sound origins of cosmos, the special math proportions in art and music, healing music, music creative process, etc. I did some public talks and workshops about that and gave lectures on three international art-education congresses.

I always was very intuitive and rational, and with that academic studies I developed my sixth and seven chakras even more. I was very close to started a doctorate program on art education but I realized that my self fulfillment wasn't on intellectual and theoretical issues. I needed to work my first chakras; the material aspect, my sexuality, my physical body. Then I decided to make an strong commitment with my hatha yoga practice. After some years of more intense practice I started teaching yoga, and I did my teaching training 4 years ago. Once I finished this one I wanted to learn more about body-mind connections and I completed my body psychotherapist training. The last two years I also explored the shamanic path for healing purposes. I worked with peyote, ayahuasca and yopo in a ritual , healing context, and I discovered much of my self on that processes. Nowadays I still teaching yoga, doing massage and body psychotherapy and I wish to share my experience with more and more people : help them to know themselves, discover their shadow and light.
