Kim Epstein

What was once my motivation as a student has become my passion as an instructor. I am music obsessed and my classes are challenging.   I teach Indoor Cycling at an upscale boutique fitness studio in Greenvale, NY. We offer Indoor Cycling, TRX, Sculpt, Barre. When I am not on the bike, I enjoy fine dining, good wine, and the outdoors. I am Mom to 2 amazing boys, twins, 8 years old.
