I have a background in all things related to fitness, movement, sports performance small and large group. Rehab and post and pre for athletes of all levels. I have an over 20 year career in resort and hotel fitness with background in management of programs and increasing revuene and fun for members. I have worked with and around most industry manufactures and have an intimate knowledge of how just about all machines work in any gym Inj the world. I teach and coach function first, then we learn how to have fun within that frame work. I emphasize less is more and to be diligent with your recovery as well as focused on ones training session or class on that day! I encourage all I coach to hydrate and eat and fuel prior to session and 45mimutes post session to gain the mist out of your fitness training or classes.
