I have been a "gym rat" for over 25 years.  I was certified as a cycling instructor in 2005.  My love of music, and hard work are apparent in my spinning classes. I love to motivate and push members beyond their perceived limits, I have been lauded as one of the best spinning instructors in Bucks county, PA.   I fully understand the discipline involved with spinning and maintaining general fitness goals.  I thoroughly enjoy the fusion of her music with spinning.  The best compliment you can give me …”that hour flew by.
