I am an attorney who has specialized in working with adult and child victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse. I am also a trained mediator and assit individuals with alternative dispute resolution. I started my yoga practice as a method to deal with the stress of my job. I decided to become more involved with my practice by completing the 200 hour yoga teacher training. The personal benefits have been amazing. I find that I utilize my yoga training with clients to help them handle stressful situations, courtroom nervousness and other tough circumstances with breathing and meditative techniques. I am interested in expanding my yoga practice into broader settings.
