I am a young,female volleyball player pursuing to compete at the 2012 Olympics for beach volleyball.I have been overweight and had to learn training and nutrition for myself in order to get my confidence and fitness level to where pro players' should be.It hasn't been an easy path to getting where I am today,and that's why I want to make it easier for other people on their way to being healthy and fit.
