I have been in the fitness industry for 12 years. I currently work at Gold's Gym in Paramus, New Jersey. I am a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and do nutrition coaching. I run a seniors exercise program in the gym and teach at local senior centers. I am passionate about helping people feel and look their best.
