Cindy Bradshaw-Moore

I have been teaching group fitness since 1991 when I was in college.  I began teaching floor aerobics, then step aerobics, then muscle/toning classes, and finally added indoor cycling a few years ago.  I have a passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.  I have a great following at my classes and bring energetic, current, routines every class.  I teach freestyle step with 32 count phrasing and love to bring new choreography to my students.
