Stephanie’s journey into yoga and meditation began in 2005 when she first stepped onto the mat. She has studied many different styles of yoga over the years including Iyengar, Vinyasa, Hatha, and Kundalini. Stephanie is committed to a daily yoga and meditation practice, and has experienced the powerful shifts that come with such a deep commitment. She has completed over 10,000 hours of meditation through her daily practice.
Stephanie’s yoga classes include the technical precision of Iyengar yoga, with an emphasis on the therapeutic aspects of proper alignment. Her classes will have you work up a sweat as you flow through postures, as well as open you up to new possibilities with kriyas, mantras, pranayama and meditations. All levels are welcome; come and discover what the next level of mastery in your life is.
Stephanie has additional training in pranayama, meditation, mantra, yoga philosophy, yoga nidra, prenatal and postnatal yoga, yoga sculpt and gentle yoga.
Fitness is also a deeply passionate endeavor for Stephanie and she enjoys teaching a variety of fitness classes in both high and low impact. Her goal is to include a bit of cardio, strength, balance and flexibility in every class in order to keep classes interesting and fun.
Stephanie is driven to continually learn more about the human body and how to create health and vitality with fitness, yoga and meditation.
