I am certifified group fitness instructor, a fitness enthusiast, and passionate about encouraging others to reach their goals and acheive a healthy lifestyle. I have been teaching group fitness classes for over 22 years and have taught many formats over the years from step, slide, kickboxing, yoga, and water aerobics, to what I currently teach, which is pilates, core, cycle and bootcamp. My pilates classes are strength oriented and incorporate the balance ball, pilates ring and weights. My bootcamp classes incorporate Bosu, balance balls, and weights. I love using equipment when available, but if not available, I am able to do entire classes just using body weight.
