I have always loved being in water. Becoming an Aqua Fit Instructor allowed me to combine my passion for teaching with my love of water. Some of the classes I teach are Aqua Box, Aqua Yoga, and H20 Intervals.
Fitness has always been a big part of my life. I completed my first half marathon in October 2011 at the Toronto Scotiabank Marathon race and plan on doing it again in the near future. I enjoy running and am in the process of teaching a newly introduced Aqua Running class.
