Charlie began her yoga journey 9 years ago in search of personal and professional balance. Finding that yoga improved and illuminated her life, she desired to deepen her practice. With gratitude, she now teaches yoga so that others may have an opportunity for a healthier, more peaceful life.
As a teacher, Charlie supports and celebrates each student’s unique expression of a pose and of life, encouraging them to deepen their awareness of the present with strong focus on yogic alignment and breath. Her interests lie in a supportive and gentle practice, using graceful flows, attention to breath, combined with intention-setting, and life application, to ensure presence and joy in each moment on the mat. Her training has taught her the importance of the concept, “Teach to Learn.” This is her approach to Yoga – that, we all have much to learn from one another. Charlie's classes are lively and versatile offering multi-level options to insure every client enjoys their experience.
