Scott Arnseth

 

Practicing yoga since 2000 and teaching since 2007, Scott strives to combine playful intensity with detailed alignment to inspire his yoga students. Initially, Scott practiced Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga for several years, followed by 4 years of Anusara yoga, completing a 100 hour Immersion in 2011. The past 4 years, Scott has continued growing his practice by dedicating himself to the discipline of Iyengar yoga. Also a practicing massage therapist since 2004, Scott combines Swedish, trigger point therapy, and deep tissue massage in his unique bodywork style. Scott is ever grateful to his local yoga instructors Ali Certain and William Prottengeier for their ongoing guidance, and continues to be inspired at trainings and workshops by many nationally recognized instructors as well as receiving daily inspiration from his wife Amber and boys Jude and Jasper.
