My name is Shannon Anastasio and my passion is to help others acheive optimal health and wellness beyond their wildest dreams!
As a health and wellness professional, my experience is both broad and deep. I'm a fully certified Pilates instructor, personal, small group trainer, group fitness instructor, specialty programmer (sports specific training for golfers and tennis players) and a health and wellness coach (trained my WellCoaches).
I enjoy working with a variety of people and derive an immense amount of satisfaction from witnessing their personal growth and sharing in their transformation journey.
In my coaching practice, my approach is wholistic in nature, integrating body and spirit that includes three pillars: exercise, diet and personal development, all to support and sustain healthy and lasting lifestyle changes.
I take people where they're at right now and help them get to where they want to go with a lot of encouragement, effective teaching and expertise and accountability. I take great pride in establishing and developing relationships and instilling a confidence in clients to assist them in in their wellness goals.
Whether it's working one on one or a small group; teaching a core exercise or fitness program, presenting or speaking, my objective is to give each person a unique experience that is positive, fun and, possibly, life-changing!
Currently, I'm the Director of Fitness & Wellness at Round Hill Country Club and have launched my own coaching business (ShannonAnastasio.com). As the Director at Round Hill, I oversee all aspects of operations, staffing and programming. In addition, to managing the department, I have built a successful business with a diverse clientele (both fitness and coaching).
Each unique aspect of my work continues to challenge me and ignite my passion to help others live their wellbeing potential. It is a privilege to journey side by side with those who entrust their health and wellness to me!
