Her passion for nuturing her health and the health of others began sometime after she was hospitalized in 2010 with Crohn's Disease. She had experienced 8 years of illness prior to the hospitalization and surgeries in 2010. She left the hospital encouraged to do whatever she could to get healthy. She changed her diet and lifestyle to support her health in many ways. She has maintained her state of wellness for four years without medications or symptoms. She has never felt more healthy and optimistic in her life.
Ever since she discovered that the right lifestyle changes can have such a powerful and positive impact on our health and happiness, it has become her desire to help others discover this and to help others create such abundance in their lives.
