Working as a Certified Pilates Teacher throughout college at Body Works Pilates Studio
taught me the benefits of hard work. It also taught me about possibilities. The Ron Fletcher
Comprehensive Program of Study is a year long program that is both physically and
emotionally demanding. I went through the program as a sophomore in college as a full
time student hoping to graduate in four years. I had my doubts and was overwhelmed with
observation hours and case studies in addition to essays and assignments. Nevertheless, I
made it work and graduated in four years. I learned that hard work pays off and anything
can happen if you have a good attitude and understand your capabilities. I want to
continue to learn through hands on experience. Although teaching Pilates is something I
love to do, I have other passions and talents I want to exercise. I've been cooking good
food since I was fifteen and my love for food has led me to the study of wine as well! 

I am so excited to travel the world through food, wine, and pilates! Embracing the good in life.
