I have been teaching Zumba classes for over 10 years!  I began taking Zumba because I love to dance and this was a perfect fit for my weight loss hopes.  I was severely overweight and through much determination, dancing, and smart eating have shed over 100 lbs and have never felt better in my life!  I love sharing my story with my classes as I feel many are struggling with the same issues!  I keep my classes upbeat and positive with high impact! I love listening to people and what they want and cheer them on when they are struggling and encourage them to take it up a notch whenever they can! 

The Body Works class I teach is taught with weights but music accompaniment!  This class is challenging and I have seen my own body take on new formation since I have began teaching.  It is toning my body from the weight I have lost and I feel I have much to give to others with my positive results!  I love what I do and I love sharing that with others to encourage them to reach their fitness goals!

I have been a Yoga instructor for approximately 4 years! I love the discipline of holding positions with breathing techniques and the feeling of strength it gives. I have designed my classes in a fashion that greatly stretches all muscles of the body. My students say they leave my classes feeling not only stretched, but that their body has been exercised, as well as a feeling of accomplishment. I keep it challenging enough for long time yogis and able to be accomplished for newbies!
