My name is Taylor Thomley and I am 24 years old. Born and raised in midwest Wisconsin, I joined the Army National Guard right out of high school. After graduating Basic Training and Advanced Individual Training I started my college career focusing on Criminal Justice which I have just one semester left to get my Bachelor's degree. Although I am a criminal justice major, I discovered my passion for fitness when I was nearly kicked out of the military for being UNDER weight! I began training and was immediately hooked after getting some results. After a new-found confidence arose inside of me, I realized I wanted to help others realize their own inner potential through means of personal training. Having a history of heart disease and diabetes in my family, I swore to myself that I would do whatever it takes to help people live meaningful and healthy lives. I have multiple training styles. Individual structured programs, Group Unconventional Training which utilizes various functional equipment such as sandbags, steel maces, suspension systems and kettlebells. I enjoy training groups large and small in an outdoor setting (and indoors when the Wisconsin winter sets in). I also do preventative and rehabilitative corrective exercise programming for those who have muscular imbalances, disabilities and injuries. I have worked with teenagers, the elderly and everything in between. I am pursuing the NASM Master Trainer Certification and have plans for my own business when I graduate college.
