I'm an outgoing, enthusiastic and passionate person with a multifaceted fitness background. My love and passion for the fitness industry all started after I lost over 60 pounds going from being over 200 pounds to about 148 pounds. I had a personal trainer that motivated and inspired me. She stuck by my side very step of the way and I just want to pay it forward! I conduct motivating group fitness cardiovascular and strength conditioning classes based on current industry standards. I have an extended ability to safely train individuals and groups as well as an immense ability to instruct participants with varying skill levels.
