I started practising yoga 16 years ago and have spent this time deepening my practice and studying with many wonderful teachers.
I am ready to travel to a new destination to take on the role of yoga instructor and to teach others how to use yoga to improve their health in every area. I have full knowledge of the different types of yoga asanas available and I know how to perform them correctly. I also have complete knowledge of breathing and relaxation techniques and the skills needed to teach others how to practice yoga to improve their overall health and well-being. During my yoga program I was trained in various forms or meditation techniques, yoga nidra and pranayama. I would be delighted to be able to teach students these beautiful practices in a class at your resort. I also enjoy combining my Holistic Nutrition and Raw Food Coaching experience in with these practices so that students can learn about all aspects of healing, from the inside out. My excellent interpersonal skills make communication with students easy and I have had positive feedback about my teaching skills from both students and fellow teachers. I teach with humour and I want my students to leave my classes feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and with a smile radiating out from their souls!
