Inspire Yoga: June 2014 - July 2014

  • 60 minute heated power vinyasa class
  • Intermediate/advanced level
  • Donation classes to support reading initiative at local elementary school
  • Co-taught two donation classes
  • Spearheaded theme and sequence development for both classes

Yoga for Wellness: Begins August 2014

  • 60 minute weekly vinyasa class held at a physical therapist office
  • Open level
  • Responsible for advertising new class
  • Develop theme, guided meditation and sequences for each class
  • Prepare modifications in response to students' previous injuries

 

Class Structure:

Begin with a centering mediation and theme explanation, then explore breath and body awareness and build strengh and flexibility through flowing sequences.  Classes are accessible to all levels and modifications or enhancements will be provided.
