I'm an energetic, enthusiastic AFAA certified group fitness instructor who specializes in interval based training.  This can be in the form of low-impact / aerobic interval training to high intensity /anaerobic interval training.  I can apply interval training in a circuit-based or bootcamp style format.  I also am a certified Insanity (HIIT style) instructor as well as a certified Shockwave (high intensity circuit-based) instructor.  And I also teach core / abs classes.

People would describe me as being extremely fit and I like to walk the walk by leading the class thru demo'ing before I apply coaching as part of my training.  I teach all fitness levels because I apply progression/regression to modify exercises to tailor the fitness levels of each individual in a group fitness class setting.  I understand the importance of active stretching/warm-up and cooldown stretching as part of the work-out.

I'm a really positive person, very passionate about what I do, and love to help people of all fitness levels achieve what they are expecting out of a work-out.
