My name is Susie Armishaw and I am from Nelson, British Columbia. I am currently employed by TELUS, Canada's 2nd largest telephone company, as a network technician. I've been a certified fitness instructor for about 17 yrs. I previously taught at a club called Aerofit and when the class hours didn't fit in with my schedule at TELUS, I decided to build my own studio, The Fitness Shack, and teach there, otherwise I would've lost my certification for lack of classes. I lead a wide variety of classes such as step, hi/lo, muscle conditioning, ball, kickbox, yoga, stretch, and pilates. I also lead aqua classes at resorts in the Caribbean. I love interacting with people at the resorts and I love travelling, which I've done for many years.
