Your trainer/instructor will tell you what exercises to do. Do they tell you what not to do? I am always looking out for the safety of the client first. I have experience in Spinal Stabilization, hip and knee replacements. I worked with a wide range of issues, heart disease, diabetes, and Multiple Sclerosis. In my group fitness classes, I like to add functional training and balance work to change up the usual in toning classes. I am confident I teach a great workout and I have others who will say the same! My Spinning classes are focused on the moment and the ride at the time. I like to incorporate mental images and focus work to take their mind off of the actual work they are doing!
