Nancy Bullard

I am a 57 year old wife to a busy ER physician and mother of 5 and grandmother of 8.  I was a fit, active young person and continued that lifestyle through adulthood.  I have a BA in Psychology, a MAT (Master of Arts in Teaching) degree and 30 graduate hours in Public Health.  I stayed home with my children and home schooled for 11 years and when my kids went into high school, I got my CPT from NASM and went to a hands-on workshop for further training. I began working with individuals online and locally. I worked as a Primary Trainer with Camp Gladiator for a year until they pulled out of our market.  I taught/coached a Strength and Movement class at a Crossfit gym until May of 2024, teach CoreFirst, and do small group weight training.  I became Aqua Fit certified with IFTA in 4/2024 and have been teaching small group classes in my pool. I am passionate about lifestyle fitness and nutrition at all ages and stages of life.
