I started my journey a little over 8 years ago at almost 170lbs. & initially wanted to lose weight but then realized I was ready to change my lifestyle for good. I did 4 cardio & 2 toning classes every week & logged my food daily. I lost 52lbs in about 8 months & am now doing everything I can to influence others to live a healthy lifestyle too. I've ran 10 Half marathons & 1 full marathon & love running now as well so I am definitely busy to say the least. Started teaching Bootcamps & Bodyworks 5 years ago because I had several gym friends tell me I would be great at it & I honestly can say I have been. My classes range (depending on the time of day offered) from 15-30 people each time. I love it so much & now teach Aqua & Cycle as well, but need to find a way to do what I love & still get quality family time too (I am married with 2 boys). This seems like a great solution!
