Juli was born and raised in Virginia. She is married to her high school sweet heart and they have two amazing children. Juli began her active lifestyle at a young age through dance. She has danced for 17 years of her life and currently teaches dance at the Stavna Ballet.
She graduated in 2001 from Radford University with a BS in Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology. After graduation Juli danced professionally for the Charlotte Hornets NBA Basketball Team and pursued a career in Retail Management as a District Manager for 8 years. Juli recently left retail to spend more time with her family and to motivate and inspire others to live an active and healthy lifestyle.
She has been passionate about an active, healthy lifestyle from a young age and has been a Fitness Instructor for 7.5 years. She currently holds certifications through the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America, Les Mills Body Combat, Booty Barre, Piloxing and Pound Fit.
