Myrna Breese

I have been a fitness instructor for over twenty five years. I've taught lots of group fitness classes including step, slide, total body conditioning and cycling. Right now, I teach four cycling classes a week and personal train over 10 people. I ran a bootcamp this summer as well at my school. I enjoy running group fitness classes for all types of participants. I have taught pre and post natal fitness as well. I am currently a masters bikini competitor for body building and compete at the provincial level. I completed my yoga certification course and am excited to add this to my repertoire. I am currently taking a break from teaching to focus on body building. I enjoy HITT training and my Peloton for cardio.
