I have always been active: hiking, rollerblading, indoor rock climbing, kayaking, skiing, martial arts. I fell in love with Zumba after my very first class with an amazing and energetic instructor. I get the most pleasure in dancing with the class and seeing everyone’s improvement, which is measured in so many ways – weight loss, stress-relief, confidence, friendships, smiles and laughter. I’m proof that you don’t need a dancing background to love Zumba and have it work for you.
