My name is Erica and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. I've been working to help people achieve their health and fitness goals for a little over two years. I started pursuing a career in fitness after battling with my weight and unhealthy lifestyle after college. I love being able to help people make positive changes to their lives. I still continue to challenge myself to stay fit through Crossfit competitions and trying to keep up with my clients. I believe in creating a healthy lifestyle that includes regular exercise (strength, endurance, and mobility) paired with clean eating. I love working with people to achieve their goals and succeed in whatever they hope to achieve.
