 Professional Profile – Kylie Delfino, KiYoga Living. 

Hello, I’m Kylie Delfino. I am a 500-hour Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Sound Therapy Practitioner, Registered Naturopathic Nutritionist, and Meditation Instructor. For over 20 years, I have led and hosted health and wellness retreats internationally, across Asia-Pacific, North and Central America, the Caribbean, and Europe.

In addition to teaching yoga and leading transformational retreats, my professional background includes clinical therapy, counseling, peak performance coaching, relaxation hypnotherapy, and human behavior research. I have led clinical trials exploring wellness strategies for cancer patients and have developed evidence-based therapeutic programs tailored for healing and recovery.

As the founder of The Nourished Self Nutrition Clinic and Yoga Studio, I have written and facilitated Yoga Teacher Training programs, Cancer Recovery Yoga Therapy, and Grief Counseling protocols for the Canadian Cancer Council. My work bridges science and spirituality, movement and mindfulness, to support personal transformation.

I bring a wealth of experience and an intuitive teaching style that allows me to adapt effortlessly to diverse environments and student groups. Whether leading a beachfront sunrise flow, a restorative evening practice, or a specialized therapeutic session, I tailor each class to suit the physical ability, emotional state, and experience level of every participant. My priority is to create a safe, inclusive space where all guests feel empowered, nourished, and inspired.

Having had the privilege of early retirement from my private wellness practice, I am now dedicating my life to combining my love of movement and meditation with my passion for travel. I would be honored to bring my energy, experience, and professionalism to your resort.
