Nehemy Castin

I have recently completed an Individual Conditioning Instructor Level 3 course with the YMCA. Having acquired an extensive and valuable experience as an athlete and fitness coach, I have decided upon pursuing a career in the fitness industry.

At the end of a contract where I was able to direct cardio exercises and soccer training to 18 kids, I have now a burning desire to continue into helping clients reach their fitness goal. It would be an accomplishment to be able to share my experiences with individuals who seek a holistic approach for their wellbeing.
