I've been working in the fitness industry for over sixteen years as a personal trainer for individuals and in class formats. Each week, I run several classes which include; Women's Strength, Pilates Reformer, and Pilates Combo (Reformer, Mat and Ball). I also have experience teaching bootcamp and stability ball core training. I work at a hospital based fitness center with over 8400 members. In addition to personal training and classes, I perform fitness assessments on new and current members. I've been involved in sports and fitness all my life. What I enjoy most is helping others achieve their personal fitness goal while having fun.
