Steven Osani

Hello, my name is Steve Osani. I just turn 50 in Oct this year. I have been in medicine for 22 yrs and I personally turned my life around 8 yrs ago when I lost 170 lbs.  I did it the natural way, no pills no surg. Just old fashion hard work and dedication. My new life and love is fitness, and sharing it with everyone that will listen. I'm am slowly getting out of my medical practice, and joining the fitness world.
