Hello I’m Holly!!
In 2012, I decided to start my career as a fitness instructor. My first classes began with instructing Zumba, and then moved to teaching Aqua classes and weight training classes. By 2022, I acquired my 200 Hour Yoga Certification and 200 Hour Meditation Certification and I currently instruct private lessons out of my home studio and online. In 2024, I returned to further my yoga knowledge and received my 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification. My classes mainly focus on mindfulness movement and building a deeper connection toward self-love and self-confidence while utilizing breathwork and personalized affirmations.
