In twenty years of exercising, I have explored many different fitness programs. In 1990, I received a black belt in tae kwon do which led to several years of kickboxing.
I love the water, swam competetively as a child and have scuba certification.
My first exposure to pilates was over ten years ago and I quickly developed a passion for it. I became certified in 2004. I currently teach at high end clubs in the north suburbs of Chicago.
