I began teaching hi/lo floor aerobics apx 19 years ago. i currently instruct part time for a local gym, i am certified for step aerobics, nutrition, mat science, practical pilates, kickboxing, and personal training- i have also taught circuit training and bands and balls classes recently completed some home study courses for aqua fitness as well
2000 - Yoga 300 hour certification
2012 - I have added many free style classes to my instructing program - "boot camp" type classes but more geared to timed training/ turbulence activities
