Dawn is a former corporate burnout, who spent 15 years in a stressful work environment; causing chronic migraines, insomnia, depression, and autoimmune disease. She ultimately healed herself by learning holistic techniques through acupuncture, yoga, and meditation. Turning her pain into passion, she was inspired to become a certified Yoga instructor, Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Wellness Coach. Dawn has 13 years of teaching experience.
Yoga Teaching Style: Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow Vinyasa, and Restorative. Dawn loves introducing Yoga to beginners and is focused on teaching practitioners breathing, basic postures, and alignment.
Indoor Cycling Style: Compared to SoulCycle because of her high energy and natural ability to choreograph indoor cycling to popular music with upper body exercises. Dawn’s goal is for everyone to break a sweat, burn calories, tone and most importantly have FUN!
