Born and Raised in Upstate New York with a passion for learning and growing. I moved to Savananh, GA when I was 18 (for one year) and then lived in Austin, TX(1 year), Maui x2 (8months each time), Boulder CO for 3 months and now I'm back in Upstate NY. I was certified in yoga 2 years ago on Maui and have been teaching since. I mainly practice Hot Vinyasa Yoga but I teach a great class in a unheated room as well.
